Video is calling it the "Cascade Creature".

Pretty wild if you ask me. Its cool how you can see a honeycomb pattern in its "skin". Perhaps another animal utilizing that shape for strength?

Now that I read more replies to the video, some say it might be a whale placenta but it looks like it is inflating and deflating like a living thing to me.
