Check pumps when turning back on if have blennys!!!!

I almost had a disaster, my blenny now likes to hide in my pumps when I turn them off to clean or feed. I never would have thought to look but some how he caught my eye just as I was turning back on. thought this may help someone else out and their cute blenny . ...

Sorry for you loss. They do seem to get into some interesting spots. Almost like a small child. Don't leave them unattended. Right up there with Wrasses and leaving your overflow or screen off your tank.
 
This happened to my Midas. Turned off MP10 to feed, right when I turned it back on, he "jumped" in into the powerhead, it cut him, shot him out and he landed in my wellso which promptly ate him.
 
My blenny just likes to perch on top of the powerhead
