Check valve restriction

Can anyone point me in the direction of the best hobby check valve with the lowest restriction?

I'm already running under my ideal gph. I would like to avoid buying a new pump for the sake of adding a check valve.

The wye configuration or a simple inline?

Although I tossed them years ago, I did use all three of the popular designs and did not find the restrictions to be ich different.
