checking dosing amounts Farley 2 part

Getting back to basics after months of juggling both calcium and Alkalinity supplements .

just made up one gallon each Calc/Alk to recipe #2 suggested( I'm dosing Kalk 24hrs , and PH runs on high side.)

within the article" An Improved Do-it-Yourself Two-Part Calcium and Alkalinity Supplement System" 2006 by Randy .Theres initial dosing suggestions . Can i assume that the qty's listed are for each Part ?

example: mixed tank / recipe #2 1ml per Gal. ( doing a sanity check here) Thats 1 ML per gallon of each Cal/ Alk solutions right ?

Don't quite understand the 1ml a gallon part? Unless you are refering to the suggested dosing chart. Then that sounds about right 40g=40ml as a suggested starting point for a mixed reef (my original starting point) Randy's 2 part is dosed in equal parts that would be 40ml of both A&B, then using the correct amount of Mg (C) pergallon of A&B to keep you Mg right. If I understood your question correctly.

Just woke up from a nap reread the question now I comprehend it lol.

I use his part B to raise my alk. 300ml will raise my 600 gallon system 0.5 KH ( 1ml per 2 gallons )
