Checking in with the same and new issue

I’ve had him in qt for about a week now. The sore came on the day before he went in and got a little worse. I’m treating him with furan-2, metroplex,kanaplex, and Paraguard. He’s behaving normally and eating just fine. I also changed a few gallons of water yesterday and then continued medicine today. Hopefully I’m going about this right. Does the sore strike a resemblance to anything you have seen before? I’ve watched everything in my tank and nothing else has any type of mark or sore on them. I’ve got my fingers crossed he’s going to start healing up!

I'm sorry, but that looks to be getting worse. How are you dosing the meds? Every other day after a water change? No gaps? Are you doing the paraguard at the same time?

Furan-2 is 2 days in a row skip a day then water change, repeat. Ever other day on kanaplex and metroplex. He was dipped in paraguard for an hour before going to qt. I mixed a little of the para and metro in his food also. He doesn’t seem to be phased at all. He’s cruising around and just being himself.
