Hi guys
Just got this little guy other day and just curious how he looks to u all? He was really stringy looking at lfs but has move around. Is it trying to get more light since he's kind of stretched out?

They move around until they find a place they feel comfortable (Light, current, foothold) and who knows what else makes them move? These are famous for moving into impellers, overflow, and next to other animals they fight with. Keep an eye on it and hopefully if finds a happy place in your set-up.

:)

Thanks was just curious. I knew they moved, i placed him much lower other day lol. He went under into the cave and ended up there. I was just wondering if how he looks is ok. I though if they are stretched out they that means they want more light? I was under impression that they were supposed to lay somewhat flat. maybe not lol

Time will tell. It currently looks like it is extending from a foothold behind the rock to get light up top, which is what they do in general. It doesn't look hyper-extended and the tentacles appear ok. Hopefully, it will stay put and start splitting so you have new ones to trade/sell.

yeah lol. at the lfs it looked really sickly and stretched out. The "bubble tips" were more stringy so it definitely likes more light more lol. thanks for imput
