Chelsey sent the wrong order to me. Which I wasn't aware of till I pmed her about it.
I ended up getting 4 top notch frags, plus the Strawberry Wines that I bought (which are SWEET btw)
She had no problem with it and send she will re-ship out the frag I ordered, next Monday.
I was waiting to hear - can you ship that on to so and so. Or anything besides - no worries, sorry for the mixup - I'll ship the frag I missed this week.
That is top-notch in my books. Classy and great way to handle things.

I just wish some vendors would take note and have the same kind of ethics and business practices!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit that this is the first time I have screwed up an order and I was just sick about it. Hopefully the other person whose order you got will be just as happy as you are after I send her the correct stuff on Monday. I try to do what for people what I would want done for me...hopefully if I'm ever on the receiving end of this sort of deal I'll get the same treatment
