Chemi-pure amount in 8 gallon cube?

Hi ! First post and first try at saltwater tank. I am wanting to add chemi-pure to my filter chamber. Can someone please help with the amount I should use and should the chemipure be on the bottom with floss on top? I assume I will be taking the media bag of carbon I have in there now out and replacing it with the chemi-pure? Thank you for any and all help here!

I would just use one sachet of the chemipure nano I used to use two on a 13.5 don’t use it no more though

Yea I agree and would use one nano packet under the floss. One is good for 5 gallons and with it being a 8g you probably only have 5 of true water volume

Thank you !Oops I didn't think to say I already bought the chemi-pure 5 oz. one half unit ( thats what it says on the container). Just not sure if the whole thing is to much or I need to divide it up? I will try google and see if the nano packets are the same as what I have and what amount is in a nano packet unless someone already knows and can tell me for sure? Thanks again for the help!!
