Chemiclean and bubbles

I did a chemiclean treatment 8 days ago. I then did a 20% water change. My skimmer is still overflowing 6 days later.Should I let the skimmer run its course or do another 20% (35 gallon) water change?

Took 3 weeks for my skimmer to settle down. I just removed the plug and let it run back into the sump until it settled.
