My 180 gal tank is half way through a Chemiclean treatment and I'm wondering if the Chemiclean will affect any test results, specifically dkh and salinity? The skimmer is off but the tank does have heavy aeration.Right now ph is at 8.15 which is normal for my tank.Should I hold off doing my routine tests until after the treatment has run its course and normal operation has resumed?

I have not noticed any difference with my parameters when using chemiclean.

If I'm not mistaken your supposed to do a 20% water change after the 48 hr period? Assuming that's true, then there shouldn't be a reason to check it.

But if it makes you feel better, go for it [emoji41]
