ChemiPure Elite in GFO Reactor?

You can, but keep in mind a GFO reactor is designed to have the media tumble. Carbon will grind itself to death in this scenario.
Using the bag the Chemipure comes in definitely helps, but you might also add a sponge or something to keep it stable within the reactor

depends on the reactor and the flow. I can keep activate carbon in place with a sponge in mine while the GFO tumbles above. BRS mine reactor, but this should true of any reactor that uses sponge (s) to keep media in its place.

@ShaggyRS6 This is perfectly fine to do. A lot of our customers stop tumbling GFO in their reactors and start placing Chemi-pure bags directly into them, just make sure to adjust the flow of your reactor accordingly.
