Lol, I rinsed for about two-three minutes, and the color is lighter than it was. The container says “rinse lightly-“ am I good to throw it in?? Also do you know if chemipure expires

Yeah, I change mine every 2 months or so. Yeah, just throw her on in!

Sweet, thanks! I’ve had the chemipure for a few months, that’s why I was asking. I don’t know how long it was sitting at the pet shop I work at lol

I run mine on my biocube, and every-time I do a water change I rinse it in RO water to get rid of all the nastiness on it. That being said, usually last me 2-3 months before you can just tell they gotta go.
 
I just threw it in with my filter socks- or do you recommend another spot?

Thank you. Another dumb question lol, I’ve never used Dr. Tim’s. The ammonium chloride bottle says add 4 drops per us gallon, and my tank is a 90. So would I just add in 360 drops, or tank my sump into account as well?

320- your number is correct but I’m figuring Useable gallons
