Outside of the standard, PH, alk, ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite should I care about other water chemistry for a fish-only with some inverts?

I am setting up dosers on my reef tank and am wondering if I should do the same outside of Ca/PH/Alk for my fish-only?

Just do the routine water changes and keep SG in line for the inverts and you should be fine.

No reason to set up dosers on a FOWLR. Routine monthly water changes will do ya, as stated.
But if your going the carbon dosing route and not doing alot of water changes, then you should look for
ALK
CAL
PH
MAG
Phosphates
And also if you want Coralline to grow you'll need to monitor these.
