Any advice for using safari on a mac? everytime i refresh the warning comes up and i have to click "ignore" then "continue'

I thought mac's were perfect.

I used to use my mac exclusively for online transactions since they were supposed to be so safe. Then I misplaced it somewhere in the house and had to stop using it.
