Regular old sunlight really doesn't normally bring out these awesome colors in the wild. It's the artificial lighting that makes the colors pop.

don't know if i agree with this - i've done almost 400 dives, all but 2 in Indo Pacific - I've seen plenty of spectacular corals. don't forget that corals whether it be wild or aquaculture, chosen for the trade are chosen for a reason.

Make sure you go very slowly through the steps and back out often if you even think you ..... Just playing! It's all about speed.

I might be wrong but i agree too. The colors are there but sunlight can wash the colors out to our eyes. Same as warm lighting vs actinic

I think the only reason I am getting these is because I was at there both at the buffalo swap and they blew everyone out of the water!
