It seemed to be doing well until one of my snails bulldozed it over. It sat upside down for probably a few hours and after I relocated it I noticed a couple white spots on the corner that was touching the sand. Should i be concerned? This is and a zoa frag are my first corals. Water parameters are where they are supposed to be.

That doesn't look too bad and the coral should be able to heal that up, assuming good water parameters and light.
