I use and photograph under t5 lighting, with normal output ballasts (Sunlight supply fixtures). Ati Blue plus and Ati Blue Special (12k) bulbs, as well as Aquascience 22k are used. End result puts out a spectrum that is visably equivalent to 14K to 20K halide lighting depending on brand.
