please advise me which one is difficult fish to care....Archilles or Chevron tang? if archilles then pls advise me to how to take care off her and for chevron, how to take care off her...

Achilles Tang would be the more difficult to care for. They both basically need the same things in regards for food. But once you've gotten either one acclimated to the tank your in good shape. You will be feeding Algae Sheets or Nori Sheet to them at least 3-4 times per week.
Feeding:
Veggie Sheets
Algae Sheets
Romaine Lettuce
Mysis Shrimp
Squid
Cyclopese
Few more items out there to feed also, just giving you an idea.

i have 4 feet long tank.......is it ok for both small size chevron and archilles tang?

Chevron will probably be ok, but they don't look as good as adults as they do as juveniles. Achilles tang is a bit more difficult and you may want to consider something different, that is an expensive fish and somewhat difficult to maintain...usually don't ship all that well an have very delicate skin.

The age of your tank does not matter for the health of a fish, as long as it isn't cycling. The issue is an Achilles tang is a very sensitive fish, if you feel you have to have one then get one...but not only is your tank not big enough for it, it is a very delicate fish more so than other tangs. It needs a ton of swimming room, a ton of flow, and an aquarist with experience with other delicate tangs like powder blue and brown, which are a lot less sensitive than an Achilles. Achilles get banged up in shipping very easily. Achilles is the most difficult tang to keep alive. Would hate to see you waste your $200.

My comment about the chevron is that the coloration of adults is very different from juveniles, a lot of people don't like them anymore as adults. Your size tank I'd reccomemd something like a yellow, mimic, or smaller tang like a powder blue.
