Woke up this morning and found my Chevron with white blotches he still grazing but can’t figure out what’s wrong

White/white-ish, grey filmy areas and red sores should be viewed with great suspicion. These can be symptoms of bacterial infections. Do you have any antibiotics on hand?

Has anything new that is "wet" been added to the tank in the last 30 days or so?

I’m wondering about secondary infection from flukes. Has he been flashing, twitching, yawning, head shaking, anything?

he has been grassing no signs other then the blotches

Definitely looks like a bacterial infection to me. Can you upload a more clear picture?

Do you have a QT and any Antibiotics on hand?

Yes grazing and i moved him to the qt with some acurel knockout. hoping for the best

Agree. Perhaps it was caused by flukes but it could be insertion points from nearly any parasite. Any other symptoms?

I’ve never heard of this product but after reading it, it’s not going to help.

You need Copper power, a Hanna copper checker, metroplex, and spectrogram.
