2 weeks back, i introduced chevron tang in dp tank. She was eating sea weeds but after one week, she is hidden around the live rock n doesn't come out from there. What i do in this case? Probably in order to capture the place, she is holding same place.

Sounds like ich to me

Many fish can be resistant to ich infestations. Some tangs can not. I have not been able to keep chevron tangs in tanks with ich and manage it as I have with zebrasoma tangs (purples, sailfins, yellows), naso tangs, and hippo tangs. I have heard of people succeeding though.

I wouldn't risk it I would get it in a hospital tank with .5 ppm cupramine ASAP for 4 weeks. Do not use prime or amquel or any nitrite nitrate or ammoni detoxifiers as these used in conjunction with cupramine will render the copper toxic.

These spot like salt sprinkle

More than likely ich. If the sprinkles completely cover the fish then you could be dealing with velvet. I mention velvet because you said the fish is also acting reclusive, and this more a symptom of velvet than ich. A pic might help confirm.

For now, I recommend reading this: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/how-to-treat-ich.191226/

Copper or Chloroquine phosphate, used in a QT, treats both ich & velvet. So, that may be your best bet.

I've had fish act reclusive with ich also, if they're far along
