Chiller Compressor - What can be wrong

Good Day,

I have a Hailea HC-1000B chiller that seems to be having problems.

When the compressor kicks in, it runs for a few seconds - about 30 or so (you can hear it and see the unit vibrating a bit) but then the compressor shuts off.

Display still shows that it is "cooling" and fans keep running. If you wait a few minutes the compressor switches on again for a couple of seconds, but then switches off again.

Does anyone know what could possibly be the problem with this?

Follow the same troubleshooting for refrigerator compressors. Check for failed capacitors, refrigerant leaks, etc.

I’d replace the Run Capacitor. Unplug!! Can you take a picture of the Electrical Compartment and Post it? 43 Years of HVAC&R, should be able to help.
