how do you plumb the chiller in sump, without going straight back on the tank or on the return line?

is possible to use it like a reactor ? (pulling and pushing water in the sump)

Mine have always been plumbed like a reactor. I actually ran mine inline with my UV that dumped right back into the sump.

Its not optimal but it works fine.

Just be sure to pull from upstream and return downstream near your return pump for best efficiency when configuring within the sump.

doing so, all water going througn the chiller wont get filtered by the skimmer as i'm pulling near the downstream and pushing to the return pump, bypassinh the skimmer

You are putting way to much though into it. The water will get filtered. The water will get colder no matter how you plumb it.

There are best practice methods, but in general it really does not matter.

About to plumb my chiller also. Trying to see which is best to place the pump if its best to place pump in return chamber and return back next to the overflow pipe, or vice versa..
