Chiller Question?

Have a 220 inside and a 240g plus a 60g outside in garage, Im thinking of summer time right nowand was wondering what chiller would be a good one that will keep temp down,I live in Alabama and sometimes temp out side reaches 95 Will a chiller work? the sump itself is enclosed in a Styrofoam /plywood box which will help some what.
Any suggestions of a nice chiller 400g total water volume

If you can find one aquanetics chillers are tanks. Also not much to fail with these!
