What chiller would you suggest me to purchase for my 66 gal tank?

The chiller must be as quiet as possible because the tank is near the bedrooms in the house and it must be external of the tank, I state this because I have seen some models that go in the tank.

TIA

IMO Tradewind is the best chiller on the market. Aqua-Logic is a close 2nd place. Current would be in 3rd. If you can get one, Custom Sea Life chillers are as good as Tradewind and West Coast Aquatic chillers are as good as Aqua-Logics but are no longer made.

JBJ, Oceanic, Ecoplus, Pacific Coast Imports (PCI), Aqua Euro, IME are cheaply made knockoffs of what a chiller should be.

JBJ & Current were my quieter models but they kind of cheat because in order to make them quieter, most of these lesser (and sleeker) chillers install fans that are smaller to make them quieter and to install a smaller fan, they have to put in less refrigerant (freon) which takes away from how well your chiller should perform. -Most of the lesser chillers usually aren't made to be worked on easily so they're often time throwaway units and with the money that some of them cost it's just plain wrong IMO. I've used all of the chillers listed and with exception of Oceanic I'd say thay all cool fairly well BUT, my PCI and Eco Plus turned on like crazy and they shouldn't have because they were oversized and the heat generated from my lights & pumps & accessories wasn't that much so I'd say it was a control issue.

It is best to hook them up to a controller like an Apex or a Ranco Temp controller to be safe as a few were many degrees off.

Typically the nicer and fancier the chiller looks, the more cheaply the components that are inside of it are. Tradewind, Aqua-Logic, WCA & CSL are very "Spartan" in appearance and don't try to sell you on bells and whistles, just performance.

If your ambient temperature in the room gets to be near 95 degrees F, the only chillers that will continue to perform well are Tradewind and CSL as they're rated to work until 110 degrees F. So if your A/C breaks or you just don't have A/C at all then it may be a factor. You can even install the Tradewind outside in a "doghouse" because it is made from equipment that is used in commercial refrigeration like walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers & deli meat cases (which are often installed outdoors) not just for the aquarium hobby like most of the others.

I don't know how noisy "noisy" is to you, but I live near train tracks that often shake my house and no one in my home wakes up because of it. Somethings you just get used to just like a window A/C turning on and off.... just my 2 cents.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions I will look into those brands.

I used a JBJ arctics 1/10 HO on my 65 and it worked great. Very quiet it was in my living room and never bothered my wife (the biggest critic).

On my 250g I use a big trade winds. I don't know if trade winds makes a small compact chiller like a 1/10hp. No need to go bigger than that on a 66gal tank, especially since noise is a concern.
