Chinese black box led light percentage settings

What should I set my percentages on my blues whites, and moon light for a mixed 60 gallon mixed reef and how many hours a day for each? All help is appreciated!

I do both at 100%, but I think it really depends on personal preference, whether you like more white or more blue.
