Chinese black box question

I have the black box above my tank it’s 13” above the water and I have my blues at 100% and whites around 20. Corals seem to be doing good but was wondering if the light may be to higher

I would recommend renting a PAR meter if you're curious about the amount of light it might be putting out.
However, if it ain't broke dont fix it

I run black boxes over my 125. If you're happy with the height of the light, I'm sure you can adjust the intensity with the dimmers. How long have you been using the light? If the corals are diggin it, I'd sat leave it alone.

The height of the fixture is perfect. However, the intensities look to be a bit high. I'm guessing that tank is a JBJ24 or 28. I also agree with others about measuring your light intensity. If you have access to a PAR meter, great. Otherwise pick up what I call the poor-man's PAR meter.....a LUX meter. You can purchase these for around 15 bucks. HERE's the one I'm using and I'm happy with it. Note that these can not be submerged, so you simply read the meter at the surface of the water. You want a LUX or between 20K to 25K. As far as intensities, let the meter help with this, but I'd guess 60-30 to 60-15, whatever looks good to your eye.

I'd cut down the white where it's only bright enough to give coral/fish color contrast. What % that is idk.

Ask around you locally (Lfs, clubs), who has a PAR meter. Check your PAR and google the coral you have to see what PAR range they thrive at in the wild.
