Chinese black box sync

Ok I don't know if I m just missing something, but I am having problems syncing my 2 led lights to the same color and timer settings. I had a Chinese led WiFi light on my 40 gal and decided to upgrade my tank, being cheap, I bought 1 more light and am using the new and the one from my old tank. They are both WiFi and use the same app to control the times/lighting settings. The way to adjust one light over the other is to connect to the different WiFi signals. I have logged into both lights and set them to the same times and same lighting levels, but they are definitely off. I some times it's almost like the whites and blues switch channels and I can set the blues to one level on one light and then switch to the other light and the blues are now the whites or vise versa. I m not sure if I m missing something or maybe they are just not ment to be paired like this but I thought this would be fairly simple, but is hurting my brain. Has anyone done or may have any idea on what I m doing wrong or what I need to do?

Almost makes me wonder if the two lights' WiFi components are wired opposite somehow ...

I some times it's almost like the whites and blues switch channels and I can set the blues to one level on one light and then switch to the other light and the blues are now the whites or vise versa.

Has this theory been tested? If you login to one light and adjust the blue channel via app, do the whites adjust?

Are both lights the same brand? Might want to email the seller and look into exchanging a unit

They are not the same brand so to speak...but the are the same light...manual is identical, the led colors are the same...I m going to try and mess with it again tonight and let you know about the color channel switch...was talking with some people at my work about the problem and they gave me some suggestions I want to try as well.
