Although I would deem it safe, if it is indeed new and eligible for exchange- exchange it
It is brand new, hasn’t even seen water yet. A very reputable company built the tank, the chip must have happened during shipping. This company has already offered to replace the tank, but it took over 4 months to get this tank. If it doesn’t seem like structural damage? Thanks for all the input.Although I would deem it safe, if it is indeed new and eligible for exchange- exchange it
Agree, but change it anyway. 4 month is worth the wait, tank is going to stay for years. Not structural at all since it’s the back edge, just unsightly,
Let them exchange it! Did they say it would take another 4 months to get a new one??It is brand new, hasn’t even seen water yet. They are going to build it right away, should only be a few weeks. After reading everyone’s input, I figure it is better to get the new tank and be patient. Nothing good ever happens fast in a reef tank anyways.Let them exchange it! Did they say it would take another 4 months to get a new one??
