Chiton or a Pod of some sort?

Found these guys a few minutes ago while moving a struggling SPS coral to the “doomed” rack.

picked up the plug and there were 50 of them on the bottom of it. Any idea on these? Chiton maybe from what I saw on the sticky threaded?

Actually the eye spots say sand skater...but still harmless.
