Chiton?

Found these in my old tank as I was trying to get my nasarius snails to come out of the sand. Biggest is about 1/4 to 3/8 inch. They curled up into balls when I grabbed them.

They have a hard shell if that helps.

2 of the 3 in the pic are chiton. The 1 in the inner circle of the cup is a limpet. It’s also good CUC.
