Is been about a week I took my rock out from curing it with chlorine
When I took it out i washed it with a hose and then rinsed it very well with rodi water and filled it up and added prime for 18 hours and then threw water away and let dry for 5 days do u guys think it would be safe to be put in my display tank ?
Before and after pictures are attached

Does the tank you want to add to have livestock? If so I would cycle the rock before adding.

It’s been drying for 5 days without water.......
So if I cure rock with Clorox and water it won’t cure ?
And yes I have lots of live stock

And I meant would have the chlorine gassed out of the rock ?

Yes chlorine gasses out quickly
I would be more concerned with the biological effect of adding rock that contains organics and a dearth of bacteria inside the rock to consume it. Possibly causing a mini cycle in your tank. The rock maybe cured but not cycled by your above method. Personally I would not add uncycled rock to a system with livestock.
