Chloroquine phosphate and antibacterial medications

Hello,
I have a clown tang that came down with velvet so i treated with chloroquine phosphate and its working wonderfully.

However, i had an earlier thread about an emperor angel that came down with a bad case of vibrio and ended up perishing, and it looks like it has spread to this tank as well...

I will post photos when i get home but i need to know what other medications i can use with cp that can help with vibrio. Is it viral or a type of bacterial infection?

It might just be a bacterial infection so i guess i have two questions:

Can bifuran be used with CP?

What can i do if it is vibrio?

I was told using bacterial infection meds along with CP is perfectly fine. Based on that, I used Furan-2 along with CP and no ill results came from it.
