I had 3 fish in a 20 gal QT dosed with Chloroquine Phosphate for 4 weeks.
Yesterday, I did a 100% water change, so that I could do a course of prazipro. Today, two of the fish (midas blenny and allens damsel) actually seem a little happier and more active than usual, but my Royal Gramma is lethargic and disoriented, floating upright on the bottom and breathing a little heavier than usual. Up until today he was eating like a pig but now he is not eating at all. There are no visible dots or external signs of disease.
The only things that changed were 1) removal of Chloroquine Phosphate, 2) 100% water change. I acclimated them for 30 mins but the new water has a salinity of 1.023 and a ph of 8.2 while the old water had 1.027 and 7.9.
Any ideas what could have done this, or what to look for to start ruling things out?
Thanks in advance.
