It’s hard to see with the blues on but it’s definitely possible to mix tangs I have a yellow a sailfin and a scoops tang all in the same 125 gallon and I got them all at different times

Glass is also pretty dirty water change is tomorrow and the tangs love chasing my hand around when I scrape the glass they eat the algae as it comes off
