So I have 34 from side to side and 14 inch’s front to back
I’m thinking of the fiji 30 sump if anyone has better ideas I’d love to hear them

How many gallons is the tank, and are those dimensions the area you want to put the sump?
Yes and the tank is 30 gallons maybe 34 so that sump is extremely big but I thought why not more water

I mean if you have no more plans with the stand then go for it, otherwise I'd look into the fiji cube 20. Give you a little more room down there for activities

I would buy a 20 Long for twenty bucks at Petco and silicone a couple baffles in it. They are 30"x12"x12".

Exactly what I did for my 60 breeder. Used the fiji cube sump kit and enjoy it. Didn't put the fug baffle in so I could use a big enough skimmer and have enough room for bigger heaters

A little pricy, but those are nice.

120 bucks for a sump? I think it's pretty cheap
It's really cheap compared to a Trigger or other pre-made sump. But it's more expensive than three 1/4" thick baffles from a glass shop.

So, a little pricey instead of outrageous. ;)

build one then you get what you want

On my 30 I bought two aquariums, a 7.5 gallon for my sump and a 4 gallon for my ATO. I run a filter sock, skimmer, bioblocks and a small all in one UV in that sump
