Your kenya tree is probably just adjusting to its new home. Leathers can take a long time to puff back up and look good after being placed in a new tank, or even being moved to a new spot in the same tank at times. None of mine have ever looked great before a week in the new tank, and some take longer. They'll also occasionally look awful when they're about to shed (this is their way of cleaning themselves) and will take several days usually to perk back up after that. Give your kenya tree time and don't bother it and it should look better. As long as you don't see any necrotic parts it should be fine.
