Choosing the Right Silicone for Aquarium Build!

Hello All! I need your help/recommendations! I live in Mexico, and am in the process of building a 66g reef tank. The problem, though, is that all of the silicones that I have researched and the majority of people that build their own tanks use, I cant find them anywhere here in Mexico. So, I was wondering if any 100% Silicone that has zero fungicides would work for this purpose? The specific brand I am looking at is Truper, since I can get a 10oz tube of it for $5usd (Which is great because I am also on a tight budget).

I only trust silicone that says "safe for aquarium use". I tried to go cheap, and it killed all my fish in a previous tank. Even though I did my research.
