Chris' algae farm (ELOS 160)

Your tank is absolutely beautiful. I saw you're using a 5d camera, can you tell us what lens you're using? Your photos are fantastic.

I have a number of lenses, but these are the ones I use frequently for these photos:
  1. Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L (Full Room Shots, Equipment Shots)
  2. Canon EF 24-70mm f.28L (Full Tank Shots, Inverts, Fish)
  3. Canon EF 100mm Macro f/2.8L (Fish / Inverts)

How do you keep it so pristine?

Lots of bleach! (Just kidding)

Chris, I just found your tank thread. Great stuff!! And congratulations on the Anthias article on ReefBuilders. You write as well as you shoot!!
Art

Thank you! It's my first attempt at writing about reef keeping, I hope it helps people have better luck with my favorite fish.

I cant keep my self from looking at that.
Fantastic job.We would be happy if you explain the details.

I think this will catch me up somewhat in the photo department. As mentioned, I also started another build thread for the frag tank here on Reef2Reef.

Edit: The image system here doesn't always work, but you can still click the broken image graphic to see it.

Dude the cleaner looks like he's just chilling. What a life! [emoji1] . Beautiful pictures.

The image problem has to do with our forum talking to your website. You can upload photos here quick and faster than anywhere so that's another option.

Awesome photos BTW!
