It's almost Christmas and I want to see your Christmas decorations/ reef tank combos!

I like seeing the colors reflect of the fish tanks and although I've had to add a second heater because it's dropped down to low 40s lately I still love this time of year.

The tank is mine, and my mom is the one who does the tree and village set up. I don't know who's is worth more at this point.....

I wish mine grew like that, I can't get it to take root onto the rocks I tried with rubber bands, glue and putting it on holes and never grows well

Mine is just put between the rocks with some rocks holding down. No rooting. The og and chaeto grow very fast. The fuge has only been up and running for 8 weeks now.
I have harvested chaeto twice and the ogo once.
I do feed my system heavy at 8+ cubes a day and have 15 fish, none in the fuge. I do not feed the corals.

I mostly grow caulepra and pink bubble grape in the sump. The caulepra is illegal in California but I got it in a frag and it took off, I feed it to the fish to prevent overgrowing and it going sexual and flooding the tank

Next year there won't be a Christmas village. My family decided to do a full camping theme next year from all the places we have visited and will be visiting next year. We are already working on making models and getting a few people to do some 3D printing for us. I'm really excited for that
