For me it is all about maximizing attendance. Whatever works best for people. If I knew how to do so I'd post a poll and see what date is best for everyone (hint-hint Robert). I can host anytime, really, but am willing to ask the boss if the 5th is a better date for folks. I just don't possess the BBQ skills you bring to the table LOL and licking chops!

Actually, it would be great if you'd like to host. As much as I would love to host........I really really wanted to wait until my new tank was fully operational anyway.

I absolutely cannot make the 5th though.....on call all weekend. Other than Saturday the 12th, there are several Sundays I can make.

So if you want to host and it's on a day I can make, I can still bring the BBQ to your place.

I cannot make the 5th will be in Chicago. Depending on what time I can do the 12th. Have another party that evening.
