Chromis death?

I had this chromis since around August 10 th of this year and it recently died yesterday. Almost two months later. He never really liked flake food and he kinda nipped and ate frozen brine shrimp. But this last week I didn’t really see him eating. His dead body had reddish marks on them. Could it be uronema? I only had 1 chromis and a blue tang in this qt tank.

It never looked like he had these spots whenever he was alive. As you can see here
