On Sunday I purchased a few Green Chromis and they all appeared healthy. I put them in a QT tank to start hybrid TTM. On Wednesday I competed their first hydrogen peroxide bath and tank transfer. Today (Friday) I observed what appears to be uronema developing on one of the fish. Looking for recommendations on how to proceed with their QT process.

Thank you!

You can try giving them a formalin bath, or two, but its probably too late for any that are already showing red spots.

Formalin bath, then into a fresh, clean, sterile tank for further QT.

If it is uronema, I'm afraid there is no treatment available. Chromis are highly susceptible to uronema, I lost a school of them to the disease. If by chance the infection is otherwise bacterial, the formalin bath recommended may help.

In case you haven't seen this: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/uronema-marinum.247940/

Are we finding that metro and formalin baths don't work?

Edit: It looks like if you can see the sores, the formalin baths actually can do damage. Shoot. If you have Metro, I still think it's worth trying. Good luck.

Thanks everyone. I will try formalin and separating the one with sores from the rest. Not expecting a good outcome.

Update- today there are white spots/chunks near his tail fin and underneath his mouth. He had a small hole directly though his tail fin. He is eating and acting normal. He has been removed and placed into his own QT tank.
