Chromis issue

I have three blue/green chromis in a mixed 300g. Lots of other fish with no signs of anything. But I noticed on chromis had large splotches on both sides of his back. Any idea what it is? I'll try and get a better picture.

But seriously folks, it's either uronema or the chromii playing eenee menee miney mo with each other, likely the latter.
 
Lol. I have one too that is a butt head. I had 3 little ones plus the old one and now just one little one and the original. I think this one is surviving because he's really fast.
 
They are aggressive with conspecifics. Uronema (Google images) is also pretty prevalent in the species. That's a pretty large tank though, so maybe it is uronema. Did you QT?
