Help! I was going to start to coppersafe 6 Chromis. One has this big spot. What should I treat with? No clue what it is. Thank you in advance!

Probably uronema unfortunately, and once fish show a lesion, usually too late for that fish

Edit :
Id perform a 1 hr formalin dip on all of them, make sure to aerate the dip solution well before performing dip.

I treated the QT with Ruby Reef Rally so far

Ruby Reef Rally is kind of a pointless thing to use in a QT, and IMO is not effective against most parasites/protozoa.

Chloroquine phosphate or copper treatments along with a deworming food preparation is ideal for QT treatments.

Definitely a start to uronema like Eymann said. Acriflavine, Metroplex, CP.
