I just wanted to confirm that this was ich. Only thing throwing me off is that when I brought him home from the lfs, it had a similar spot on the tail fin that I just attributed to a bite/wound. That spot is gone, but now it's on his head and I can see some bumps from the white spot down behind the eye.
Other 2 Chromis dies within a week of bringing them home, one almost immediately for unknown reasons and the other of Uronema.
