My cinnamon is not opening I put him in the tank a few hours ago and he still hasn’t opened

I try to give any coral I add a day or 2 to open before worrying. Sometimes its taken a week before something new fully opens. Just be patient.

And incase you didn't know, Palythoa Grandis contain Palytoxin, which is extremely poisonous. Always wear Safety goggles and gloves when handling out of the water. Also, always assume all Zoas contain palytoxin and handle with care.

I believe someone here managed to get some in their eye or in a cut and wound up in the hospital trying to explain it to the doctors.

They'll open, could take a week or more. Nothing to worry about. You'll also observe they will occasionally close up and go all shiny for several weeks. Then they shed and look better than ever.
