I responded to your other post. I dose 125mg pill at night 3x over six days so every other day. My tank is 80g. You need to pre dissolve it and dose at night. Remove chemical media but skimmer can stay on.

yes, you need to find out the potency of the suspension, you need about 56.875 mg per treatment.
