Noga gives an in-water treatment dose for fish with Enrofloxacin (metabolized into cipro) of 2.5 to 5mg/l, with a 50% water change between doses. To me then, you could dose at 0.125 mg/l twenty times before reaching the 2.5 mg/l threshold.

Im not keen on cipro and fish and even cipro and coral. Any pics under white lighting to assure its BJD and not bacterial infection?
With BJD, you can often siphon up the mass with a 3/8" tube and gentle clear rest with a turkey baster or pipette and even dip in peroxide which is less harsh.

The frogspawn started by melting now it is a brown jelly. The hammer was second it retracted first now jelly over where the polyps were. I dipped the frogspawn when it started in reef dip.

Yeah biocube has a curved glass that magnifies pics. Any pics will help

Perfect pics- This is Not BJD but rather ployp bailout caused by stress, Stress can be:
Too Much light
** Too much water flow
High phosphate
High salinity

With this type of coral- You want to avoid the extremes. . . . . Extreme light which will cause coral to expel zooxanthellae and weaken tissue and extreme flow which will cause polyps to separate from skeleton. Speaking of Skelton, they have calcium requirements which should noy be below 380-400.
If polyps are bouncing around or bent over skelton- Too much flow
Moderate light and water flow is sufficient

In part yes- Mine hates anything above 1.026 but flow can be an added issue

Change flow direction bouncing it off a glass or away from livestock

I changed it so it goes over top the rocks all the way to the other side of glass and adjusted my salinity is there any chance the polyps will come back

If recession, yes. If bailout while I have seen miraculous recovery- low chance on bailouts

So I think hammer is only receded so hopefully it will come back the frogspawn I seen bailing out so it's probably a goner? What do you do with it at this point
