Circulation Pump for Refill Vat

I have a 65 gallon refill vat in my basement. I need a circulation pump. Any recommendations?

I eventually will get an Apex PMUP for refills. Can that pump be rigged for circulation? Wondering if I should just get it now.

Will you be pumping water up stairs from the basement? I would get a pump that can handle high head if so.

What do you mean by "refill vat?" Do you mean your reservoir for topoffs, which contains deionized water? If so, you should not circulate it. There's no need to do so.

The "vat" is the saltwater in the basement that will be pumped up one story during refills.
