I Need some advice on where to place my Circulation pumps at. I have two of them one on each side of the glass in the back of the BC29 ( Biocube 29) The one is in the Middle of the overflow vents. I think after sometime its going to cause a issue I believe that the Free floating Debris is being sucked in the pump and blown back into the tank instead of going into the over flow and being caught by the filter. Any advice would be awesome.

Pics are always good. Give it a day and watch(when you feed) to see where all things float to and how fast. Only you can know your placement for PH because you can see what is actually going on. You could hook the problem pump to a timer to go on and off in 15min cycles to allow debris to go into overflow.
